  1. Structure：It consists of a coil winding, which is fixed in the motor casing and generates a rotating magnetic field when energized. The rotor is made of permanent magnetic material (e.g. NdFeB), which does not need to be energized and rotates through the action of the magnetic field. It is used to detect the position of the rotor so that the controller can control the direction of current and realize electronic commutation. Common position sensors are Hall sensors.
  2. Application：Such as fans, air conditioners, washing machines, range hoods, vacuum cleaners and so on. Electric drills, angle grinders, electric hammers, etc. Electric power steering system, electric car drive motor, oil pump control, etc.
  3. Performance：DC brushless motors have high energy conversion efficiency, which can significantly reduce energy consumption. As there is no mechanical commutator and brush friction, the motor runs with low noise. It reduces mechanical wear and improves the service life of the motor. Precise speed control can be realized through the electronic controller, with a wide range of speed regulation. Under the same volume, the DC brushless motor can provide higher torque transmission.
  4. Installation：Brushless DC motors are available in a variety of mounting options, horizontal, vertical or inclined, depending on specific needs. The motors are small in size and light in weight, making them easy to install in limited spaces. The motors are usually equipped with standard electrical connections and fixing holes for easy connection to controllers and other equipment.
