AC Motor Series

  1. Structure: AC motors have a variety of rotor configurations, but common ones include squirrel-cage and wire-wound.The squirrel cage rotor consists of cast aluminum or copper bars embedded in slots in the rotor core, connected at both ends by shorting rings；The wound rotor is equipped with a three-phase winding on the rotor core and is connected to the external circuit through slip rings.Supports the rotation of the rotor and ensures smooth operation of the motor. The end caps are used to enclose the inside of the motor and protect the motor from the outside environment.
  2. Application：Hot Water Circulation: Drive the pump to circulate the heated hot water to the heating system or hot water faucet to ensure the continuous supply of hot water.Air circulation: In a wall-hung furnace, an AC motor may be used to drive a fan that transfers the heat generated by combustion through a heat exchanger to a stream of water, while drawing in fresh air to support the combustion process.
  3. Performance:AC motors can achieve high energy conversion efficiency and reduce energy consumption through optimized design and manufacturing processes.AC motors have mature manufacturing technology and a wide range of application basis, their operation is stable and reliable, suitable for long time continuous work.
  4. Installation: AC motors need to be mounted with consideration of their size and weight to ensure adequate mounting space and ease of maintenance.The motor is usually bolted to a bracket or base plate to ensure that the motor does not wobble or make noise during operation.
