AC Motor Series

  1. Structure：AC motors have a variety of rotor structures, but the common ones include squirrel-cage and wire-wound. The squirrel cage rotor is made of cast aluminum or copper bars embedded in the grooves of the rotor core, and the two ends are connected by short-circuit rings; the wire-wound rotor is wound with three-phase windings on the rotor core and is connected to the external circuit through slip rings. Supports the rotation of the rotor and ensures smooth motor operation. The end cover is used to close the inside of the motor and protect the motor from the external environment.
  2. Application：Hot water circulation: Drive the pump to circulate the heated hot water to the heating system or hot water faucet to ensure the continuous supply of hot water. Air circulation: In a wall-hung furnace, an AC motor may be used to drive a fan that transfers the heat generated by combustion through a heat exchanger to a stream of water, while drawing in fresh air to support the combustion process.
  3. Performance：AC motors can achieve high energy conversion efficiency and reduce energy consumption through optimized design and manufacturing processes. AC motors have mature manufacturing technology and a wide range of application bases, and their operation is stable and reliable, suitable for long-time continuous work.
  4. Installation：AC motors need to be mounted with consideration of their size and weight to ensure adequate mounting space and ease of maintenance. Motors are usually bolted to a bracket or base plate to ensure that the motor does not wobble or make noise during operation.
