As the weather warms and spring blossoms, sunlight filters through the treetops, casting dappled shadows—warm and gentle. The fluttering flag signals vitality. At 7:50 a.m. on April 1, 2024, Lepuda’s morning meeting was held on schedule, accompanied by the sound of the “Song of Lepu.” At 7:50 a.m., Yujin Yan, the HR Supervisor from the Management Department, was responsible for adjusting the team and leading the slogans.
Bidding farewell to the busy month of March, we welcome a hopeful April with a new start, a fresh atmosphere, and a new slogan. Starting today, our slogan is: “Safety Production, Quality Assurance, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement, Innovation, Dedication, and Gratitude.” The resounding slogan echoed through the skies above Lepu Motor. Upon the command, and to the music of “March of the Volunteers,” flag bearers Yang Zuyao and Zhang Qingguo raised the national flag slowly as all attendees saluted, creating a solemn and respectful atmosphere.
Chairman Terry’s Speech
Chairman Peng delivered an inspiring speech, addressing the recent issues related to quality, work injuries, and employee management.
Chairman Peng stated: “Recently, with many new employees joining, there have also been an increased number of work injuries. I urge all brothers and sisters at Lepu Motor not to be drowsy during work hours. We must stay alert and focused. This year, we aim to build a team with a fierce, wolf-like spirit, creating a battle-ready group that can win any fight. Recently, some undesirable incidents have occurred, such as dispatch workers disobeying management and even assaulting managers. For such cases, the company will impose severe penalties. For particularly serious cases, we will terminate employment without pay and hand over the matter to public security authorities. I hope everyone takes this as a lesson and abides by the law. The company had a good start to the year, and current orders are stable. We can ensure work for our employees and a steady income, but I also ask everyone to focus on safety production, quality improvement, and implementing this year’s theme of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Cherish your job opportunities and create your own value. I ask this of everyone and hope we all work together to fully dedicate ourselves and create a better future for Lepu Motor!”
Manufacturing Vice President’s Speech
Deputy General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, Ma Hui, also emphasized: “Quality is the lifeblood of the company. In the days ahead, we must always remember that quality is the life of the enterprise, make good products, maintain high quality, and serve our customers well. Starting this week, each workshop should set its weekly production targets, complete them according to plan, and ensure that employees can have rest on weekends while maintaining stable incomes.”
In 2024, the strategy of cost reduction and efficiency improvement will be implemented throughout the company. This strategy will help reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the company’s competitiveness.
